Leoverum Developments was formed by Margaret, a nurse with over 20 years in the NHS working in a senior managerial role. She was a former senior lecturer at a London University and is a published author. After growing a succesful BTL protfolio, Margaret wanted to grow her business and identified a lack of use of old buildings that lent themselves to residential conversion.

Leoverum is a name borne from Leo (Lion) signifying strength , courage and bravery and ‘verum’ which means truth in Latin. Hence, Leoverum was formed - specialising in small-scale residential property developments, focusing on creating high-quality, well-designed homes that add genuine value to local communities.

We focus on carefully selected projects such as single dwellings, small conversions, refurbishments, and permitted development schemes where thoughtful design and strong fundamentals matter more than volume.
