After growing a succesful BTL protfolio, Margaret wanted to grow her business and identified a lack of use of old buildings that lent themselves to residential conversion.

    Leoverum is a name borne from Leo (Lion) signifying strength , courage and bravery and ‘verum’ which means truth in Latin. Hence, Leoverum was formed - specialising in small-scale residential property developments, focusing on creating high-quality, well-designed homes that add genuine value to local communities.
